Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations can arise and plans may change. However, out of respect for all of my clients' time, I kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to someone else in need. - **Cancellations**: If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
**Tardiness**: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service as this affects the appointments of others.
**No-Shows**: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in a 100% service charge. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.
